JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
As a key person for our Middleware group you will be responsible for: analysis, definition and writing test plans for the management, services and security part of the DSL Gateways features based on technical requirement documents.
Next to that you'll also have to help setting up an automated test framework (TTCN-3 based) to fully test the management, services and security modules/features and all that's related to it (functional, endurance, performance, interoperability).
You'll have to write part of the automated module tests using the TTCN-3 language in order to increase the number of tested scenarios and cove.
In the Middleware department you will find a wide range of the most recent Triple Play Network Technologies, such as: xDSL, Routing, DHCP, DNS, IGMP, Internet access, TR69, UPnP, DLNA, TCP/IP, ATM, DECT, Wireless,...
Given the fact you will become part of the Middleware group, you will be working closely together with the SW engineers.
PROFILE:
Education:
- Master Computer Science, Informatics or Engineer IT
Experience:
- Overall experience about networks. Experience in TTCN
-3 language knowledge is an asset
Technical skills:
- Management/Services knowledge: TR69, UPnP, DLNA,..
- Overall networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - Linux / Windows
- Able to write a final qualification test document.
- Testing tools: TTWorkbench (TTCN-3)
- Java or C (for writing TTCN adapters)
- Analytical mind
Language:
- Dutch, Fluent English is mandatory
