At any time, plan members can access information concerning their coverage and the reimbursement of their medical costs through an extensive extranet. To strengthen these teams, we are currently seeking a:
Business Consultant
YOUR ROLE
- You identify and analyse business process issues and areas for improvement.
- You prepare and conduct interviews and facilitate workshops.
- You gather the necessary data for further analysis in order to draw the functional description.
- You perform the analysis and identify value creation opportunities.
- You manage and follow up on them in collaboration with several departments, regarding cost, timing and quality. You work towards an agreement with your clients on the final result.
- By means of Business Process Modelling you indicate and work out efficiency enhancing measurements. In this way you actively participate in change management projects.
- You ensure the set up of test scenarios and you realize them to ensure that business requirements are met.
- You organize the "user acceptance tests" for the solutions which are developed by ICT in accordance with the business.
- You are responsible for the transfer of the knowledge on new functionalities.
- You keep abreast with the latest developments in your field a.o. through study and training.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in a Business Consultancy role, at least in a services environment and preferably in financial services.
- You have experience in working with processes, requirements analysis and validation of functional tests.
- You have experience in interviewing end users and facilitating workshops.
- You are familiar with certain techniques concerning analysis and testing.
- You have a Master degree, or similar through experience.
- You are able to solve problems in a creative way.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are IT-minded.
- You have a broad business vision and a helicopter view.
- You have an integrative and analytical mind.
- You are a team player.
