Analysts
to work in Brussels and/or Luxembourg.

Nature of the tasks
- Analysis of user requirements and modelling of new information systems.
- Production of use case models, design and analysis models, implementation models
- Data analysis, data modelling.
- Follow up of the developments.
- Technical Interface between the project leader, the application architects and the developers.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
- Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting
Knowledge and skills
- In depth knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML)
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP)
- In depth knowledge of development environments
- Good knowledge of relational database systems
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 9 years of relevant studies and experience after the secondary school
- Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience.
- 2 years experience with UML or modelling tools
- 2 years Analysis and development experience
- Experience with relational databases
Optional specific expertise
- Minimum 3 years in development methodologies (e.g. RUP), modelling tools (e.g. UML), RDBMS (e.g. Oracle), or development tools/environments/ languages (e.g. Java, J2EE, web 2.0)
