We are looking for helpdesk candidate for a growing company in West-Flanders.
Function:
- Be the first contact for telephone support to customers and dealers;
- After an accurate identification of the problem, you will issue the problem using the ticketing system to register;
- Solve the problems as much as possible but be supported by a second line support;
- Progress and resolution of the problem are also recorded in the ticketing system
- In order to develop your speciality in the field, we offer you the opportunity to do training;
- The quality of services is essential.
Profile:
- You can both independently and in team work and you can handle stress;
- Education preferably in the discipline Telematics / Computer / Electronics / Communications and Multimedia;
- A customer-oriented attitude;
- You have a sharp analytical mind and working solution;
- No 9 to 5 institution;
- Language: English, French and especially German;
- Preferably living around Ypres.
