As an Account Manager, you have full commercial responsibility of your territory and end-to-end management of your customer portfolio.
You treat incoming demands and you prospect proactively by telephone within your territory - Wallonia.
You identify sales opportunities within your existing client portfolio.
Towards your customers, you deliver regular quality calls in order to ensure maximum satisfaction.
And to realize all of this, you work closely with your colleagues from the Sales -and Business Support team.
You report directly to the Sales Manager.
We look for...
You have a first proven and successful - preferably B2B - Sales experience - experience in a similar function or business model is an important plus
Your mother tongue is French and you have a fair knowledge of Dutch as well as good notions of English
You have a high integrity and reliability
You have good inter-relational skills, you know how to listen actively to the clients' needs and think together with the client. You can detect new opportunities and close deals.
You are familiar with the mainstream ICT jargon and you know what is going on in the ICT Market.
