We are interested in growing our Oracle practice in the BeNeLux by recruiting a talented project manager. For this role we are looking for a project manager with 10+ years experience, preferably with a background in multiple Oracle Applications who can lead large scale and complex projects (between 2 and 10 millions ?) . You can engage with clients during pre-sales phase, understand requirements and lead the definition of overall application architecture, business cases and project plans. You have experience in working with multi-cultural teams and offshore development. You are able to easily digest complex situations and to present articulates solutions to senior client executives.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing integrated project management plans,
- Coordination of project team activities
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations
- Project financial management
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities at existing clients
- Risk management
As our ideal candidate for this role you have proven expertise in the following areas:
- Experienced ERP or CRM Project Management
- Ability to liaise with clients, communicate solutions, deliver workshops and training.
- Able to work across the project team, understand key issues and develop resolutions satisfactory to client
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business/Management or Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Oracle applications experience
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management experience
- English: Fluent
- Dutch: Fluent
Preferred - Master's Degree
- Certified in PMI
- German : Intermediate
