HP is currently looking to extend its sales force with new talent. For this specific position we are looking to hire someone within our Enterprise Business. This business contains out of several business units, the HP Sales executive will be part of the Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking business.

Job Description As an End-user Sales Representative your goal is to be recognized as an expert in your area, you'll be changing the ways in which companies work, selling business solutions, not just selling a product.
Engaged in both new business (hunting) and existing accounts (farming), you'll be an important contributor defining and implementing sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver on target net profit.
As an integral part of the local Networking Business team, liaising with the sales management, the Partner Sales Representatives and technical sales representatives - your role will be to ensure that Networking Business delivers the most coherent, best in class solutions our customers could wish for.
Other responsibilities include:- Maintaining and monitoring the deal funnel, pending projects and follow up on sales targets & funnel management
- Working with the Partner Account Mgr. to align the reseller base to best serve your end user accounts
- Help to ensure both quota & market share objectives are met
- Where appropriate, engage with partner's sales and marketing and support the partner sales team in customer activities
- Directly manage your named Major accounts
Your Profile- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in business or Master's (graduate) degree in Business
- Sound knowledge of IT sales
- A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
- An organized, team approach
Experience in one or more of the following areas:- End-user customer sales
- Working with external partners to deliver solution sales
- Project management role
