Role/Area of responsiblity
Advises the customer on the development of IT Infrastructure solutions or commercial/organizational solutions and the associated service offer. Gives professional support to the sales-related customer management.
Tasks
- Responsible for the design, installation, integration, migration and support for Microsoft solutions (see product scope);
- Supporting the bid team for technical proposals;
- Supporting the sales related to technical consulting and architecture design;
- Technical project management (planning activities, communication with customers and internal colleagues);
- Coaching of the implemented solution to customers;
- Documentation of implemented configurations;
- Presenting and defending the solution.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience (server and Microsoft environments in combination with a good networking knowledge);
- Good and recent knowledge of Microsoft OS, clustering, Exchange, mail (recent experience in implementation and upgrade projects);
- LAN network skills (for troubleshooting design) and preferably scripting skills;
- Customer oriented and high degree of adaptability;
- Organizational skills;
Education
Have a relevant IT education
Linguistic skills
Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
