Project Manager

Job description
- You are already involved in projects as from the presales phase. Your expertise is needed to estimate the number of working days for a project, assessing possible risks and solutions,?
- You make sure that customer and EnergyICT technical expectations are clearly reflected in the agreements
- You evaluate and prepare a project plan.
- You organize time and resources available in order to comply with the time frames and quality standards.
- You respect the project budget in order to reach the expected results.
- You guarantee fluid communication between all the members (project members, Sales, customer) involved in the project and keep everyone informed about the status and evolution of the project.
- You are the single point of contact for the customer. You are the one and only person as link between the EnergyICT Sales responsible and the customer and to answer possible technical questions, or solve problems of the project process, ...
- You continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and to develop the long-term relationship with the customer.
- The projects can contain hardware, software or a mix of hardware/software/service.
- The projects are typically rather Energy Management oriented or Utility Smarter Grids oriented.
Qualifications/Education
- You own at least a Master degree of electronics/ ICT
- You have at least five years of working experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication skills.
- You speak and write fluently Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Attitude
- Team player
- You are keen on managing workload and deadlines, as well as used working in multi-tasking mode.
- You enjoy to coordinate, being very business oriented as well as technically highly interested in EnergyICT solutions.
- You have good negotiation skills. You understand customer needs and translate these requirements in an operational implementation.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch is a must
- You are strict in applying the principle that correct agreements guarantee long term customer-relationships
