Job description:
- As IT-architect you make analyzes to thoroughly understand the complex IT processes of the internal and external customers. Those requirements determine the needs of construction, testing and optimalisation.
- The EnergyICT IT architect is co-responsible for the design and planning of the development of IT infractructure systems
- The concepts must support and maintain the ASP services and other product-integration with existing and future customers as well as on mid as long terms.
- ITIL, projectmanagement, systemarchitecture and security are familiar domains
- You can organize your tasks independent in order work out efficient solutions. A strong analytical mind and a structured working method is necessary for an IT architect.
- You make the necessary investigations to gather the right information, to translate the needs into requirements. You also document the scenarios which support the solution
Qualifications :
- You have a Master Degree or equivalent by experience
- You have at least 5 years experience as IT Architect
- You have experience with project management and complex infrastructure projects
- Knowledge and experience with the architectural principles
- You have a good view on the needs, you understand the requirements, you identify the goals, the limitations, the risks to build a consensus framework which includes all the components of the solution
- You are able to write the technical and functional documentation
- The architect guarantees the integrity of the architecture. You are the representative of the vision of the company with the knowledge of all the components and the requirements of the customer
- It is the responsibility of the architect to manage, to improve and to have the model validated by experts on the specific domains and this as part of a standard change management process.
- You have an advanced knowledge on a wide range of technologies and product environments (Security, Virtualisation, VMWare, Oracle, Networks, Operating Systems, ISO27001, SAS 70?)
- You have knowledge of developments on other infrastructure domains, such as UNIX, Linux, LAN/WAN, Server Based Computing,...
Attitude :
- The candidate continuously works on his knowledge development .
- You have good communication skills, both spoken and written
- You are customer oriented to advise the customer and to offer the best solution for him and EnergyICT.
- The candidate should have a hands-on attitude, able to quickly analyse the challenges and result-driven in the face of problems. He or she should think autonomous and result driven, able to closely cooperate with all teammembers.
- A very good knowledge of Dutch and English is a must, of French is a definite plus.
