Job description:
- Build-up knowledge and expertise of the IBM storage hardware and software portfolio.
- Develop marketingactions for IBM resellers in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Achieve a high customer satisfaction level by delivering : customer support, offering configurations and solutions containing high added-value for the businesspartner, networking, offering proposals with competitive strength.
- Coordination with IBM regarding Bell Micro projects : Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing
- Acquire IBM storage Sales and technical certificates
- Finalizing orders and follow-up of deliveries
- Teamwork is necessary within the IBM-team and the commercial team
- Regular customer visits to customers within Belgium and Luxembourg and prospection of new resellers.
Your Profile:
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales environment.
- Management of Econfig, Capacity Magic, Disk Magic and Synergy.
- Demonstrated (pre-)sales skills.
- Basic Knowledge of SSCT
- Experience in IBM storage or storage products from other vendors.
- Good communication skills.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Very good skills in Dutch and French in writing and spelling.
- Good English skills in writing and spelling.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently
