Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Microsoft unit in our Systems Integration division, where you will manage an application development and support team delivering excellence to major industry players. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading service provider and make a positive impact on the way we deliver services to our valued customers.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for the delivery of business projects and achievement of service delivery
- Line management responsibility for a team, including recruitment, completing performance appraisals, absence management, performance management, training plans, providing direction and motivation to the team
- Capacity management and deployment of staff resources to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within agreed timescales
- Ensure team compliance with all relevant Atos Origin Corporate Policies
- Providing forecasts and reports on workload and performance
- Supporting the Sales department in establishing and maintaining effective customer liaisons
- Maintaining effective supplier liaisons
- Establishing, maintaining and actively supporting our Microsoft solutions portfolio
- Maintain up to date awareness of developments in IT industry, and identify how appropriate ones can be applied to customer needs
- Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities from customer and networking contacts

Job Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage staff
- Profound knowledge of project (Prince2) and service delivery (ITIL) management concepts
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft solutions portfolio
- Good analytical skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into a working solution, taking into account the expectations of different stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven ability to make logical and solid decisions
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Master level education
- Dutch/French/English (active knowledge of 2 out of 3)
- Ability to produce creative and innovative ideas
