Job Description
Being part of the Pre-Sales / Solution team you will be responsible for defining and validation of the solution and in addition act as a High level consultant for the Internal Global factory, Initiated innovation board at the customer, propose improvement for the customer infrastructure, for infrastructure Services in the opportunity management process.
As Infrastructure Solution Manager you will interact with the customer during pre-sales phase. Presentations to the customer on all different levels has no secret for you.
You will work with vendors for integrating technologies within our solution.

Job Requirements
If you have:
- a degree at Bachelor or Master level and 5 -10 years? experience as Solution Manager in the IT infrastructure world ( Unix, Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Computing, Utility based computing )
- a very good knowledge and understanding of the different ITIL processes and associated delivery models
- broad experience on technical and customer relationships
- Good presentation skills, can explain to technical or non technical people
- And you are:
- familiar with Designing solutions in the different areas of the IT infrastructure ( vendor in depended)
- You are able to build a trustworthy relationship with clients based on your knowledge and insights towards their infrastructure
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English
