Data Management Consultants
Accenture Information Management Services (AIMS) focuses on helping our clients to tackle the full breadth of their information management challenges. Based on deep collaboration and understanding of client needs, we deliver solutions that help clients measure, analyze and optimize business performance across the entire enterprise, integrating best of breed technology from our extensive network of alliance companies.
Demand for our AIMS group is growing rapidly and we are currently looking for Data Management Consultants with a functional or technical profile seeking to bridge the gap between Business and IT in order to enable value-added solutions for our clients: data management is a key component of risk management in banks and insurance companies (cf mandatory Solvency II regulations), customer analytics, business intelligence, fraud management in health and public service, etc.
We are interested in individuals having experience with Data Management from various industries (Finance, Products, Resources, Communications and High Tech, Public Services), and more specifically with skills in the following domains (functional or technical):
- Master Data Management: Process, organization and tools to coordinate master data or reference data across a company
- Data Quality: What is the cost of bad quality data? How do I make sure that my high priority data is of good quality? (is complete, accurate, etc.) How do I cleanse my data and how do I keep it clean?
- Data Governance: Which organization, roles, standards and policies do I need to manage my company's data? How do I create awareness and accountability within the business for their data? How do I install a culture of data?
- Experience with leading tools and technologies to support data management initiatives is a plus
- Understanding of the functional context is a plus (risk management, fraud management, etc.)
Typical roles will involve working within a team to perform some or all of the following:
- Development of strategies and plans for Data Management solutions
- Assessment and business case activities
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Design of Data Management solutions taking into account the functional and technical requirements
- Implement data management solutions, from design to build, test and deploy
- Project management
- Build and maintain client relationship
Qualifications- 1 to 5+ years of working experience in the field of Data Management
- Master degree or equal by experience
- Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought
- Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French
- Readiness to travel in Belgium and potentially abroad
