Eurocontrol - CMMI Project Manager
Managing a multi-phased, multi-model CMMI implementation programme of CMMI-DEV and CMMI-ACQ up to Maturity Level 3, for the international organisation that provides pan-European Air Traffic Flow Management, including the establishment of the organisation Process Asset Library, CMMI Training and a number of successful CMMI SCAMPI Appraisals.
Planning, Tracking and supporting 13 Process Improvement Teams and their associated Process Improvement/Action Plans across a number of departments to define, implement, improve and institutionalise common processes for the development and acquisition of systems and services.
Eurocontrol will become one of the first companies in the world to achieve Maturity Level 3 for both CMMI-DEV and CMMI-ACQ

DWP - CMMI Programme Manager
Planned and Programme managed the client side of a Client-Supplier CMMI Implementation as an integrated element of a larger joint IT transformation programme consisting of a CMMI Implementation Programme, ITIL Implementation Programme and an Off-shoring programme, for a client organisation or over 10,000 employees, to take the DWP to CMMI Level 3, including the Capture, Definition, Adoption, Implementation and Appraisal of the Organisational process involving both EDS and DWP development staff, with a CMMI budget of £24.5M
Managing a geographically distributed Engineering Process Group (EPG) of up to 30 process specialists (internal and external) across 5 major government agencies based at various sites situated across the UK.
Managed and provided the training of both process development and implementation staff in the concepts and implementation of Process improvement, including process methodologies for the capture, definition and implementation of Process.

AgustaWestland - Process Consultant
Provided the Software Quality interface between Westland Helicopters and a number of external stakeholders, e.g. Lockheed Martin(Partner), Aerospace International(Supplier), MOD (Customer) etc
Initiated, planned and change-managed the Westland Helicopters combined Process Improvement programme with the objective of achieving Maturity Level 3 for Software and System Engineering, which was a pre-requisite for winning the contract to manufacture the future US Presidential fleet of helicopters.
Providing outsourced CMMI consultancy to selected Danish/Portuguese/US supplier companies via Westland Helicopters as part of the Offset obligation that Westland Helicopters has with Danish/Portuguese Government.
