Function: within compensation & benefits team in HR division, coordinate the yearly compensation lifecycle tool, design compensation plans and participate in market surveys.

 

  • Develop and maintain the IT tools (MS Access & MS Excel "VBA") for the compensation and benefits within the HR division.
