Managed the below mentioned projects for significant part or full and effectively managed the different stakeholders and dependencies including all external critical partners and suppliers in 2 years with team sizes varying from 20 to 50 people The size of the portfolio of projects was more than £ 15 million Period: from 06/2006 to 06/2008 Function occupied: Lead Consultant / Program Manager Collective Investments Program (NUL) - Part of the retail strategy portfolio with a goal to have a 15% of revenue share from direct customers by 2010 through online using IBM's key technologies & SOA architecture Delivered Results: - Define the business processes of Selling and Servicing through internet for this Greenfield project on Collective Investments - Set up, plan and execute the entire SDLC for the project Value Master Program, Consolidated View of Holdings project (NUL) - To better service the end customers by providing all NUL client facing touch points with trusted, secure de-duplicated information of all policy holders Delivered Results: - Rationalize all the processes and data from source systems ( holding current customer and policy information) to target system ( IBM WCC) and to make WCC the master for all customer data Value Master Program, Work Routing project (NUL) To route the work more effectively using the new customer experience operating model from customers to NUL client support teams for paper, email and fax based correspondence. Delivered Results: - Define the parts of processes of the new target operating model optimizing the customer interaction through various touch points to the routing of work to back-end teams with full traceability for audit and quality of service provided - MIS related interface processes and tools related to this project and feed in the right data for reporting - Set up, plan and execute the entire project and SDLC CRM (Siebel) Upgrade program (NUI/RAC) - To make NUI / RAC more competitive by upgrading to the latest version of Siebel covering the rich functionalities of promotion and pricing. This also involved mission critical and strategic transition of the core systems from Bristol to Norwich Delivered Results: - Manage the entire project and SDLC to improve the RAC's critical business processes covering Sales, Promotion and Pricing using the latest features of Siebel Version 8.0 and to upgrade from the current version of to 8.0 - To coordinate and support the client Program Manager in moving all the current production systems in Bristol to Norwich
