Assignment: Responsible for follow up and timely exit of services of the incumbent provider : cost forecast, timely closure of services, control of handover from the incumbent provider to the new provider. Identify and eliminate problems, collecting relevant information and data from different sources, developing alternative procedures, processes and decisions. Review the inventory of the business needs. Report progress and issues to the program management and CIO. Initiate and support special programs to improve transitions and simplify processes. Ensure transfer of knowledge, documents and communication of the project results. Assignment: Responsible for contract and agreements management related to the outsourcing project. Identify and eliminate problems, collecting relevant information and data from different sources, developing alternative procedures, processes and decisions on the basis of logical assumptions. Review the inventory of the business needs. Examine and record existing agreements. Evaluate and communicate commercial and operational project and contract risks. Review and recommend contract alternatives, renegotiate the already existing contract. Report progress and issues to the program management and CIO. Facilitate necessary approvals for the implementation and the signature of the new contract. Initiate and support special programs to improve transitions and simplify processes.
