Beside more than 10 years of experience as a SAP PS & Authorizations functional consultant (10 years), I also have so many years experience as Engineer's assistant and data manager, following up technical and financial planning's, elaborating technical and financial reports.
The training and experience of assistant engineers and SAP consultant can be very complementary when used for the benefit of a group such as yours.
The function in EAT - European Air Transport - taught me to manage and monitor different types of planning and appreciate all the tips.
At AIB-Vinçotte, as Assistant Engineers, I improved my quality to adapt, starting in the Acoustics department, then in the Water, Air, Soil Pollution department and finally in the Asbestos department. I appreciated assisting engineers in their different tasks, from the preparation to the execution of a mission, the grouping and processing of results, preparation of reports.
In Bel-Engineering (formerly Tractebel), I worked with 50 engineers, in charge of monitoring 500 projects: temporal and financial monitoring. Having such expertise, time, finance and techniques, I was responsible for assisting SAP consultants in the implementation of SAP-PS. It is in this context that I learned SAP-PS and all links to MM, FI and CO. I was responsible for financial reporting, to be monthly presented to the client's management ELIA (formerly Electrabel). I was managing the data directly into the SAP tables for control before monthly accounts closure and for the preparation of financial reports. As part of this multidisciplinary function, I discovered a passion for SAP and for tasks that require having a good overview of a situation, and also be able to control themselves until detail.
At MasterCard, as assistant Business Analyst, I worked with engineers in assigning projects, monitoring financial and technical projects, billing them arising from financial reporting presented monthly;
At IDS Scheer, in addition to the position of consultant SAP PS, I had the opportunity to learn the subtleties of Business Process Management by attempting to the in-house trainings of the ARIS application.
