IRX Maintenance & Support Aug'07- Till Date
Incoming Returns (IRX) processes returned items (checks) that were not paid due to various reasons, customer is charged & advices are generated here.
My Role: Primary Support for IRX application during India day time, as "follow the sun" model is used for support between India & US teams. I perform all support activities.

Auto Reject Repair Mar'08- Nov'08
When account is closed or transferred all the checks issued should be routed to the new account suggested by customer. This process is automated with this project.
My Role: Complete development life cycle.

Every type of bank account is associated with a monthly fee. New initiative is to provide waiver if customer holds more than one product with the Bank.
My Role: Developer, development life cycle & contingency planning for implementation.

When Stop Payment is requested, transaction is debited first & then credited back to customer's account. This is fixed as most of the customers were irritated with 2 transactions.

Business banking accounts were provided with consolidation facilities & they were going out of sync when a set of transactions were applied. This project fixed it.
My Role: Consultant, Customer facing. This is the 1st project between iGATE (My Company) & RBC (Client), & its successful completion resulted in strengthening the relationship between them.
