The EITO infrastructure projects enable the implementation of new business solutions, the growth of the existing business services as well as delivering cost reduction solutions and enhanced technology services into the EITO environment. Accountable to provide project management support for the Discovery, Specification, Provisioning and Deployment phases of the Project Lifecycle process across EITO-UK for UK based deployments. May 2001 - Oct 2007 Vodafone Citrix Administrator Newbury Business Park, London Road, Newbury A qualified Citrix Systems Engineer, working in a small dedicated team responsible for the Vodafone UK Citrix infrastructure, including support and projects since February 2002. Supporting approx 450 servers, comprising of Metaframe Presentation Server 4, Metaframe XPe and Metaframe 1.8 servers distributed across multiple farms and sites, with operating systems including NT4 TSE, Windows 2000 and 2003. The concurrent user base across the farms totals approximately 6000 global users from all Vodafone Operating companies, predominantly the users are from within the UK. - Configuring and deploying servers for to meet project requirements.
- Maintaining scripts i.e. (VB scripts, Batch files) for the deployment of files, collating information and carrying out general proactive work to meet Vodafone baseline SOX security requirements.
- Deploy and manage AppSense configurations using Application, Environment and Performance Management tools.
- Repackaging and creating .msi packages using Wise Package Studio (Altiris) and deploying packages through Citrix Installation Manager.

Service Desk Advisor: Responsibilities: To ensure a prompt and efficient support service to all IT users at all levels within the Vodafone Retail organisation including all stores. Responsible for advising all relevant departments of major and minor incidents and maintain this communication until problem has been resolved. Ensure helpdesk calls are logged on the Remedy system and are assigned to appropriate team.
