Service Delivery Readiness

●         position the role of the corporate program manager, as the bridge between the corporate readiness team and the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa )

●         become the POC for all readiness aspects

●         present readiness business at executive level, forecast of deliverables and achieve results

●         establish clear roles and responsibilities across world wide teams

●         make the inventory on the actual readiness situation, within the EMEA region identify gaps and overlaps, drive change where appropriate

Telemetry Business Owner

●         take up the business responsibilities for the SDE Telemetry program

●         manage and drive GCS Telemetry vision with focus on system  & storage technical data

●         interface and drive actions with the different groups

●         work in close synchronization with Proactive & SRAS program team

●         maintain a close relationship with,  and well recognized within,  the Services field organization

●         lead the CNE PM community, including the liaisons with Corporate community

●         work in concert with the Client Solutions Director for CNE and in close collaboration with the local managers of the PM teams in the different CNE countries

●         manages several virtual teams across CNE

●         provides guidance and direction, based on expertise to scope and deliver project proposals.

●         works on the alignment of the different PM communities within CNE

●         act as a coach within the PM community

●         facilitate better integration and collaborative teamwork between the PM community within CNE, and across the GEM's

●         single point of contact within CNE for the PM community

●         be visible in the countries, easy accessible, and attend local PM meetings

●         take up the role of escalation manager, and audit manager, within CNE

●         role out & drive the Project Health Monitoring within CNE

●         become the subject matter expert for new initiatives

●         lead the Belgian Project Management team and the Belgium and Luxembourg project office teams

●         work in concert with the Country Manager and in close collaboration with the local managers

●         provide guidance and direction, based on expertise to scope and deliver project proposals

●         interact with senior IT and business management in key accounts

●         act as Steering Committee member on behalf of Sun Microsystems

●         demonstrate a drive to ensure proper project quality assurance and quality improvement cycles for all projects delivered by STG Belux

●         manage  the STG-employee satisfaction & longer term development planning

●         monitor the project results with special attention to optimized revenue & contribution targets

●         be responsible for all STG business decisions for Belgium and Luxembourg for all projects in delivery mode

●         focus on the financial aspects of the business, project revenue and margins

●         perform financial quarter closes and fiscal year closes

●         drive SMI revenue forecasting in close cooperation with the project managers

●         lead and coach a team of 12 consultants

●         drive the team forwards solutions within the defined time span

●         act as a ?driver?, motivate people and demonstrate ownership

●         setup of individual development plan for the team members

●         evaluate team member against their defined goals

●         focus on lower performers, and help/advice them in order to bring them back on track

●         act as a first step in the project escalation process, and participate in steering committees

●         maintain customer contacts with key accounts

• take the role of  project director for the international ALCATEL - SUN project

●         lead and manage the international TELENOR POC project

●         focus on the financial aspects of the business

●         perform business forecasting and financial quarter closes

●         migrate the existing business into the new Oracle Project Accounting tool

●         be the Senior Project Manager for High Availability projects, high end servers and the international project ALCATEL ? SUN

●         become trusted advisor for customers

●         drive and coordinate Sun Ready Availability Assessments
