Back-up Team leader for client Symantec at HP, Enterprise Services. Implementation of processes and software testing of the client's SW for HP. Report results of the Symantec Service Desk to team leader and operations manager. Provide training to agents, both general as client specific. Besides this function, I remain RDM to assist the agents on technical matters.

2009 - 2009   Remote Desktop Manager

Remote Desktop Manager for client Symantec at Hp, Enterprise Services. Second line support to Symantec users: configuration, file updates, driver updates, software installation and pc optimalisation.

2008 - 2009   Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst at HP, Enterprise Services. Provide technical support to internal EDS users for SW, HW and networking. Provide support for SAP, Digital Workflow and SDA for internal EDS users.

2008 - 2008   Account Administrator

Account Administrator at IBM ISC Madrid. Receiving validating and process direct orders from IBM clients for SW and HW. Follow up the clients and resolve possible problems with the orders.

2007 - 2008   Service Desk Analyst at IBM CSC Madrid

Service Desk Analyst for clients such as Beamglobal, Fnac and Endesa. Provide multilingual technical support to users for software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Lotus Notes.

 

Specific training on Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook due to implementation of client Fnac.
