20 years of IT experience, mostly in the financial sector and in an international environment. 10 years of management experience, driving teams of 5 to 50 people and managing budgets up to EUR 2,5 mio. Extensive architecture and design experience.
I covered product management, requirements, architecture, design, development, QA, pre-sales and support activities, with customers and teams in EMEA, US and APJ, and with approaches ranging from standard n-tier architectures to SOA or data warehouse.
I use a participative management style and build open-handed, trust-based relationships with clients and staff.
