Major projects & assignments: Assessed and elaborated business requirements and processes; managed the selection, pilot/implementation of software packages for Retail Assortment Planning, Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS), etc. Managed the further development of an in-house Vendor Managed Inventory system Negotiated pan-European IT contracts up to $1 million Delivered the European component of the global retail IT strategy

As part of the Global Strategy & Architecture team, responsible for the development of the application architecture for LSEMA, including the assessment of IT options to support global and regional business strategies, models and concepts; the definition of solutions and time-phased systems roadmaps and blueprints.
