Software Testing Engineer

I was responsible for testing and verification of data warehouse activities of an application, Designing test scripts, execution and reporting of test results.

• Automation for generating report from Document generator

• Using Toad for Oracle, for SQL queries and verifications.

• Framework manager for comparing database attributes

I was involved in coordination with client creating test plans and review test cases, reporting and other relevant discussions and meetings. Have been taking care of Quality Assurance activities , analysing user requirements and maintaining the requirement traceability documents.Testing management tool was Quality Center.

The Project QCS allows clinical staff access to essential clinical data for dialysis facilities, through a minimum amount of entry. Used QTP for certain critical test cases for automating the repetitive and time consuming test cases.

Project:  The E-Separation System will facilitate the automation of the employee Separation process The application will automate the existing task of the employee to initiate the separation process and get clearance from all the departments online. Human Resource Development can process the separation online and provide the relieving letter once the clearance is obtained

Worked as a Corporate trainer, trained school teachers, bank professionals, government employees on computer basics and Training Corporates for computers on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced level packages on standard and conducted tailor made programmes. Training People on Visual Basic 6.0 and Crystal reports 8.

Project - Item procurement system , Client CoAvant is primarily an Application Service Provider model of web based procurement application that allows companies to undertake procurement operations from placing requisitions, issuing RFQs, receiving offers, placing orders, receiving goods and invoices. Developing tools were ASP.net, SQLSERVER 7.0

Reporting tool used was Crystal reports 7.0. Automated reporting using VBA scripting.  Responsible for manual testing of the developed application

Project: Project was based on Cargo / shipping. Customers use to export products like Garments, show pieces machineries etc. by the means of containers to the consignees. In the times of year 1996 our project was very helpful to them to get along with the market and offered potency up to their satisfaction.
