Project/Partner Manager - looking for new challenge

Partner Manager within Professional Services departement. Responsible for certifications and trainings, access to partner portals, discounts, promotions, business plans for future investments, etc. Main partners: SEN, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Polycom. Also looking at all relevant partners and vendors who are delivering services that are part of our portfolio (eg. UCC, VoIP, security, etc)

Team lead of 4 employees: Resource Management, PMO, Service Desk and Contract Management. Ensuring that all employees have a personal development plan (coming 5 years), that they have the needed support and guidance and that they learn from each other. 

Result-oriented and pragmatic Project Manager, mainly for cabling, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Video conferencing and VoIP related projects. Adaptive and self-motivated with experience in network migrations, deployments and service desk related projects with budgets, people and customer interaction.

Responsible for different tasks in each project:

• - Initiation and follow-up of projects with a team of installers or engineers.
• - Follow-up the correct use of processes and procedures.
• - Coordination of the subcontractors on site, contractor administration.
• - Follow-up the implementation of software.
• - Commissioning of the project including administrative close-down.

Verantwoordelijk voor leveren en opvolgen van diensten voor Belgische multi-nationale ondernemingen en internationale organisaties binnen en buiten Belgie/Luxemburg. Interne en externe klanten. Beginnende stappen in Project Management.

Geholpen met outsourcing project.

Verantwoordlijk voor het leveren van diensten aan multinationale ondernemingen en internationale organisaties in BeLux regio. Coordineren van alle partijen (leveranciers en lokale contacten, interne en externe klanten)
